New contract for CChange with Cooperative Group

New contract for CChange with Cooperative Group

CChange has been commissioned to deliver an exciting and innovative Behavioural Coaching programme on behalf of Cooperative Group Retail Logistics at its new composite Regional Distribution Centre based at West Thurrock in Kent . The site is a state of the art new build employing 700 staff. The project entitled ‘One Team' is designed to support the Senior Management team in devising a Vision for the site from which a working culture for the site will emerge. CChange is overseeing the performance of managers by delivering induction, coaching and co-coaching programmes over the next 7 months whilst the site implementation is carried out.

CChange sports coaching has also taken another step forward with the work it is doing with Huddersfield Town FC player Danny Schofield. Danny is currently working one to one with CChange Director Jim Lister on a programme entitled ‘Mental Agility', designed to support confidence, performance and consistency in the context of one of the most challenging environments of Professional Football. Jim continues to work with Rob Edwards, former Town Captain, in his new setting of semi-professional soccer.

More with Macmillan

Macmillan Cancer Relief Education Institute has re-commissioned a series of Lecture/Seminars for post holders throughout the country in 2006. This follows the 2005 series, successfully evaluated and assessed as one of the best programmes offered by the Institute. A total of over 500 hundred postholders from around the UK will attend the programme throughout the year entiltled ‘Living and Working in Constantly Changing Health Environment'.
