Jim Lister, Director of C:Change is qualified to offer Personality Profiling through the delivery of the Insights Discovery® Portfolio.

Insights Discovery® is a powerful preference-based system which has impacted upon thousands of lives worldwide. With foundations in the work of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery® helps individuals better understand themselves and others and enables more effective interactions and organisational growth.

The Insights Discovery® Personality Profile is generated from the results of a 25 question online evaluator which takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Feedback can be provided either one to one or at a team day or workshop. The results are a means of base lining existing performance and patterns of behaviour and can be used to initialise ongoing learning and development.

Insights Discovery® system enables you to:

• Develop an understanding of self and how we are seen by others
• Recognise strengths and weaknesses and identify areas of development

• Appreciative others' behavioural styles and learn how to respond effectively to their needs

• Develop usable interpersonal strategies which can be used to improve team performance and create a more positive, productive environment

In addition to the foundation report described above there are additional chapters which can be added depending on your requirements. These chapters are Management, Personal Achievement, Effective Selling and Interview.
